SHIPPING POLICY
All orders ship out from our shipping centers in New Jersey, USA. If your shipping address is in the New York/New Jersey metropolitan area, typically your order will be delivered within 1-2 business days by UPS Ground, so there is no need to specify UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air. Orders shipping to California and the west coast will typically be delivered within 5-7 business days by UPS Ground. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. Orders received after 12pm EST on Friday will not ship out until the following Monday.
Due to the current situation, processing and shipping may take longer than usual.

FOR ALL ORDERS SHIPPING WITHIN THE USA
All orders $250 and above qualify for free shipping via UPS Ground (selection can be made during checkout). We ship only via UPS. The available shipping options and pricing will be given upon checkout. Please note that UPS is unable to deliver to PO Boxes.  An additional processing charge may apply if we need to re-route your order from a PO Box to a physical delivery address. 

FOR ALL ORDERS SHIPPING TO INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS
Please note that any applicable taxes and customs fees are not included in the quoted shipping cost, and must be settled separately with the delivery agent prior to delivery.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
DEMYLEE accepts online returns of unworn, unaltered, unwashed merchandise in its original condition with tags attached, if the return request is initiated within 14 days of order receipt -- unless final sale. All sales are final for items permanently marked down 50% or more, and/or have “final sale” indicated.

Your return must include a copy of the original invoice/receipt. To request a return authorization, please e-mail us at orders@demylee.com together with your order number. If your order contains multiple items, please specify in your return request which item(s) you wish to return.

If your order is authorized for return, please ship to the specified address using the carrier of your choice. The customer is responsible for incurred shipping charges for returns. We strongly recommend that customers use a carrier that provides tracking capability, as DEMYLEE cannot be held responsible for return packages that may become lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.
Upon receipt of the return, the condition of the merchandise will be verified (e.g., unworn, unaltered, with original tags, packaging, etc.). If merchandise is acceptable, we will process a refund for the purchase amount along with any applicable sales taxes to the credit card used for the order. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will receive an e-mail confirming the refund upon its completion.

DEMYLEE will not be responsible for any unauthorized returns that do not follow the guidelines above.

If you would like to request an exchange for an item in your order, please e-mail us at orders@demylee.com, to verify that we have the item you would like to exchange for in stock. The customer is responsible for any shipping charges incurred to return the item to be exchanged. A $15 processing fee will apply for all exchanges within the continental United States.

FINAL SALES POLICY
All sales are final for items permanently marked down 50% or more, and/or have final sale” indicated. No returns or exchanges are accepted.

VINTAGE AND SELECT HOME & OBJECTS POLICIES
All pieces from Vintage and select products from Home & Objects are final sale and non-returnable. Each piece has been carefully curated and examined to the best of our ability. We try to accurately show the condition of each piece in the description or by photos. Vintage and select Home & Objects that are final sale will be stated in its product description. If there are specific questions regarding one of these pieces, contact info@demylee.com before purchase. 
No return or refund inquiries will be accepted for these pieces.

DEMYLEE New York ELECTRONIC GIFT CARD
Gift cards are purchased on our website in USD and can be used towards purchasing items on www.demylee.com. Gift cards can be used more than once, provided there is still a balance remaining on the card. More than one gift card can be used towards a purchase during checkout. Gift cards are digital and not physical products.

If a gift card is associated with a customer account, then the customer can check the balance by using the link provided in the gift card email. For customers without accounts, please email us at orders@demylee.com and we can check this on the customer’s behalf.

Gift cards cannot be reloaded nor can they be used to buy another gift card. Discount codes cannot be used to purchase a gift card, however, you may use gift cards in conjunction with a discount code as they are a form of payment. Gift cards can be applied to the final order total which includes shipping and taxes. Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.

We are not responsible for loss, theft, or unauthorized use of the gift card. You should safeguard the card as if it were cash. Gift cards cannot be replaced or reissued if lost or stolen, unless you provide verifiable proof of purchase deemed sufficient by us in our discretion.

We will not accept any gift card, and may will limit use of any gift card balance, if we reasonably believe that the use is unauthorized, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful. We have no liability to you for any third party fraud or unlawful activity associated with any gift card balance. If we discover that any gift card or card balance was sourced or derived from fraud or other unlawful activity, it may be suspended or terminated. We may cancel the gift card, and retain any balance, at any time without notice. We may use retained gift card balances to help offset any losses or liability associated with misuse.
